My name is Roy Potter and I own the above company, I have known George April since 1999 since then George has built two houses for me and carried out several improvements to existing properties, including building a sunroom and entertainment area to my house in Cape Town.
During this time George has provened to be honest and reliable, sometimes to his own detriment, The two houses he has built for me, ons double story 365 square mettres in Langebaan and ons single story 265 square metres in Porn Owen, he built both houses without supervision and with the minimum interference by myself.
In the building of these properties George managed the projects, ordered all the materials, appointed the plumber and electrician and all other tradesmen required to complete the work.
